Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for UK customers. Please notify us via email within 2 days of receipt if you intend to return an item and the reasons for the return.
Items must be returned in their original unworn condition and packaged to avoid damage in the post. Please use a fully insured and tracked postage method as we cannot offer a refund if the item is lost in the post. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The original postage cost can not be refunded as this has already been purchased and used to deliver the item.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of reciept.
We are unable to refund orders returned due to non payment of customs and import fees.
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund pierced earrings.
